Class Cancellations and
Schedule Changes
|
*--In order to cancel a class or change the schedule, at least èè two days
(48 hrs.) advance notice must be given. If the student
doesnˇt notify the assistants then the missed class(es) can not be made
up. |
1.
All canceled classes must be made up by the end of the term, and one may
not cancel more than 1/5 of their classes for that term. In order for our
classes to be effective, your routine attendance is necessary.
2.
If a student has registered, and for some reason cannot continue he
will be refunded according to the guidelines set up by the Bureau of Education.
3.
These guidelines are as follows:
(1) If students register and then decide not to study with our institute before attending any classes, they may be refunded 70% of all the fees they have paid.
(2)
If students attend less than 1/3 of the class paid for and then
decide to discontinue study, they may be refunded 50% of all the fees they have
paid.
(3)
If students attend more than 1/3 of the class paid for and then
decide to discontinue study, they will not be refunded any of the fees they have
paid.
(4)
If students, in addition to tuition fees, choose to have the
institute buy materials for them, then decide to discontinue study; they can be
refunded for the materials fees. But, if the materials have already been bought,
they will be given the materials and not refunded the money.
(5)
If for any reason the institute cannot start the class the students
have registered for, the students will be given a full refund.
